Emergency Planning

Aim

To enable participants to understand the benefits of having a well-thought out emergency plan and provide them with the basis on which to plan realistically for the circumstances of their own organisations. The course is aimed at trustes, staff and volunteers.

  • Risk assessment: How to identify, quantify and minimise risks.
  • The planning process: How to produce a realistic and effective plan.
  • Exercise: Emergency scenarios.

  • Reviews and training: How to make sure your plan will work.
