Description:

Guided tours of Inverness Town House with local guides offering a fascinating insight into the local history, artworks and historic features of this local government building. Italian and Scottish art, militaria and swords, chandeliers and fine stained glass, sculptures and portraits, some dating back to the 1600s. Find out why Winston Churchill and the British Government met at the Town House in 1921 (the only time it has met outside of London. See portraits of Bonnie Prince Charlie and Flora MacDonald.
