Inverness Field Club

Categories:

Environment and community, Heritage

Description:

Inverness Field Club covers a variety of interests including natural history, geology, archaeology and local history. These are reflected in the lecture and excursion programmes. Evening lectures are held once a month from Autumn to Spring and study excursions take place on a Saturday in May, June, August and September. With our programme of lectures and excursions we hope to stimulate an interest in, and an understanding of, our local environment, history and heritage.
