Local Family History Group whose area of interest covers the historic Parishes of Ardnamurchan (Kilchoan, Acharacle, Strontian/Sunart, Moidart Arisaig and South Morar), (north) Ballachulish & Corran of Ardgour, Kilmallie, Kilmonivaig, Lismore & Appin (Lismore, Appin, Duror, (south) Ballachulish/Laroch and Glencoe), Morvern and Small Isles (Muck, Eigg, Rum, Canna and Sanday) and also Knoydart and North Morar in the Parish of Glenelg. The Group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month, except July and August. The Venue/Topic for each meeting is advertised on Fort William High St and Public Library Notice Boards and on the Groups web-site. - Visitors are welcome. |
